hi to all again. i am british citizen work and live in germany , non eu wife and my child came as free move ment dairictive2004/38/EC to germany,but how can we go bak to uk, i would like to take my wife and my child bak to uk please i need your advice thank you very much.

If you are employed/self employed in Germany, you have two options:

1. UK spouse visa.
2. Make use of the EU Directive again and apply for a EEA Family Permit. See more details here.

The advantage of route 1 is that the path to citizenship (if this is on your wife's plan) would be shorter - 3 years (although there are talks about increasing that) but this comes with a price tag (£800) and your wife will need to pass an English test. Route 2 is free but your wife could only apply for citizenship after 5 years.
