Eligibility for ILR Visa

Hi,

I am dependent on my husband (Tier 1 General Dependent Visa) and I have finished my 2 years on that Visa.

Can I apply for my ILR with my husband?

is your husband applying for ILR as a tier 1 migrant or under 10 years long residence?
