Spouse visa ILR?

Hi,
My non-Uk wife has 27 month ILR visa but she left the UK gong back to her country for 5 months, does that effect the home office decision to give her UK citizenship when we apply for her after the 27 months ends.

Second question, if she does not pass the English test when we apply for the citizenship do the home office ask her to leave the country?

What's her visa endorsement? If she hasn't got ILE, then she should first apply for ILR when appropriate; KOL required.
