Hi,

Can you please review my case and advise me urgently please?

I am planning to apply for my ILR in next month 23rd March 2012. I am applying with my wife and son as dependent.

The issue is, my wife got her Tier 1 dependent (Partner) stamped on 15th March 2010. However she entered into this country on 4th April 2010.

Can you please tell me urgently is it ok if i apply with them on 23rd March 2012 or I will have to wait till 4th of april when she completes 2 years.

I have heard there is some rule in which you can apply 28 days earlier, but not sure about this rule.

Safer to wait till April 4th, if you still have leave. Else, make a postal application before leave expires. You should all be okay if she and you qualify on date of the decision.
