English req for tier1 general

Hello. I m going to apply for tier 1 general EXT at the end of may my question according to new rules of 6th April is the English must for EXT as well Beacuse I already got tier 1 and already proof that ... Thanks

What new rule are you referring to? There is no new rule for English language requirement for tier 1 only the removal of a concession. Please read the other posts in this section on this topic and read the ukba announcement again.
