Don’t worry about anything. So EEA clock stops when you stop exercising the treaty rights. When you were pregnant and if at that time you didn’t have EHIC from your country or any CSI ( insurance) covring yourself and your family then the clock stopped from that time. Colock won’t stop if you can provide evidence that you were a job seeker or registered with the job centre or if you can show emails from recruitment agencies stating that you were searching for jobs. But now your husband can apply for EEA2 again. He won’t have any problems. Please note that your PR and your husband’s PR depends upon YOU. You should be exercising the rights in any ways.
