Time Limit To Start A New Course

Hi everyone,

I have received my awaited result of a Level 6 course on the 9th of February 2012 and now I am trying to find another HTS sponsor to apply for a new visa to UKBA in accordance with the existing rule.Under the circumstances,my question is since, currently I have valid visa until Nov 2012, within how many months, since the publication of the level 6 result(9th february 2012), I need to find another sponsor to start a new course?Is it 1 month or 4 months?

What is considered in this case as the "start" of the new course?is it the issue date of CAS by the new sponsor or the start date of classes at the new sponsor?

I hope it did not sound too complex to comment.
