Hi,
I was on Tier 1 general migrant visa in the UK. I was a divorcee who got remarried to a British citizen last month.
This is regarding my 6 yrs old son who is living with my mom in India and is my sole responsibility.
My son has been refused a tier 1 general migrant - dependent visa due to the reason that both parents were not in the UK at the time of applying a visa for him. I had applied for Tier 1 general migrant visa with a married status due to lack of divorce decree to support my divorcee status - I got the visa but my son's visa was rejected. I filed an appeal but took it back as my case was not strong.
Now I got remarried in the UK and got my FLR - M granted yesterday. My husband, who is the stepfather for my son, will be sponsoring my son.
Assuming that I have to apply through FLR - M form from India, will the previous refusal be a trouble, and if yes - what should I do to deal with this problem?
Waiting for your advise
Regards,
Kriti
