i am going to apply for spouse visa but my wife cant be sponsor cos she doesnt work and has child who is 3 years old and pregnant so her step dad going to sponsor me instead her . is it work or not ? and how we can fill application with third sponsor . :( :(

Your wife's step father will have to submit evidence of his finances together with a letter offering 3rd party financial support.

it would be ok if we said we are going to stay in my wifes flat even if she is claiming house benefit or embassy will refuse cos of that .
