What Happens Next After Appeal Allowed?

Post by nontayo » Fri Feb 17, 2012 7:02 pm

I wish to seek for anyone contribution regarding my case. I applied for leave to remain 'LR' in March 2011 as a dad of british child and partner and my application was refused based on the fact that i never declared myself since 6yrs ago that i entered the UK. I was giving option to JR which i went for and my case was reconsider by HO. My application was again refused in September giving me 10 days to appeal against the decision or lost it and would be asked to leave the country. I appeal against the decision and appeal was allowed December 9th. But to this date i have not heard anything from the Home Office. My solicitor even wrote to them, they did not bother to respond to the letter. Does anyone knows how long it takes for them to issue me my papers? Your contribution would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
