Hi Everyone,

Hope all are doing good.

Just to give you my background:

1) I am currently on ILR status which was granted in June 2011, before that I was on Tier 1 visa.

2) My Wife came to UK in January 2010 as my Tier 1 Dependant and her visas are expiring on March 2012. She has been outside UK twice August to October 2010(medical reasons) and September 2011 till date(for baby) .

3) My son was born in India in January 2012 ( when I was under ILR status)

Points of discussion:

1) What visa should my wife enter back in UK. Is it possible to extend her visas or would she need to make a fresh application.

2) If fresh application than would it be as an ILR dependant(would this be for indefinite period), what implication that has on her ILR and thereafter citizenship.
3) What visa my son should enter and is there any chance we( I & my son) can apply for his citizenship with mine in June 2012.

In brief what would be the best way for them to enter the UK and when can they apply for their ILR and than citizenship.
