I complete the "Edexcel BETEC Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership" in private collage. But Still I havent got my Edexcel certificate as well as collage going to close.

Then Can I apply the Level 6 Business Administration digree course in university . Please give me advice

In general, NO. As per new rules you cannot move from level 7 to level 6.
