Moderators plz help!

Hi,

I submitted my spouse visa app on 13th dec from islamabad, Pakistan. i still havnt heard anything about it. Now my company wants me to travel out of country for business, i just checked with Gerry's and they told me i cant have my passport until a decision hasnt been made. the only way is to withdraw the application, is that true?

this doesnt make sense what if someone needs to travel or its an emergency??
