Post by bobbyosman » Tue Feb 21, 2012 4:26 pm

Hi i need some advice i have recently got married but i do not have a job as i was made redundant 2 weeks before i went abroad to get married. I have still not found a job. What other options do i have as i want my spouse to be here with me in the UK.

If i do find a job do i need to have 6 months wageslips and statements as emioned on the VAF4A or are 3 months sufficient? Im confused as the notes indicate atleast 6 months???? Im not sure sa it used to be 3 months.

hope you can help
thanks

You don't need to wait for 6 months payslips, but you would need to submit a letter from your new employer confirming your salary and permanent employment.
