Tier1 Dependent form confusion (Very Urgent)

Hi,

I want to apply Tier1 Dependent for my Wife.
She is in UK on Tier2 ICT and we are going back to India to apply her Tier1 Dependent.

Can someone please give me link of visa form.We are filling online form but there is new form version 2/2012 so i am not sure whether this new form is for Tier1 Dependent extension or i have to use same form
Please help its very urgent as we have to book appointment and ticket.

Also there is one question in form about address should we give UK address or India address?

As we need to apply online application i was using http://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/ to apply is it correct link to apply online or an y other link is there apply online ?

Because online form is different from link which you gave ?

Online form at this site is totally different from new version of 2/2012 new Tier1 dependent form and even there is no option to fill this new dependent form online.

How you guys suggest to go ahead with this ?
I think i might need to fill online form as well as carry filled hard copy of new dependent form.Please let me know

If you are referring to this form: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... ation1.pdf

it is different because the form above is for in country applications, your wife is applying from outside the UK. It is a different application form therefore the questions when you apply online are also different.
