thought I'd post this doc up for people to use as a resource, it covers the sposal visa requirements but I'm sure there is other usefull information on the parent site. Sorry if this information has already been put up. You can just copy the entire path into your browser and if need be download adobe reader to view it. Hope it helps.

I have tried to fix it, but have not succeeded! Probably best to approach it from this page on the IAS website.
