Will I be able to apply under £50000 investment

Hello,
I would appreciate if someone could help me to answer the following question.
1. If a bank outside UK will provide me with £50K for investment, will that be enough to apply for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa.

2. Do I need to have the money in my bank account before I apply for Entrepreneur visa?

3. What documents do I need from this bank to proof the availability of the fund?

4. Is it ok if the bank will not release the money before I apply for Entrepreneur visa?

5. Is application for Tier 1 Entrepreneur only by Post or is PEO application available or going to be available?
