PEO appointment booking process

Once I register and if I get a date, do I get to just choose it and submit a form and it is booked - or is there something more that comes up or is needed?

Don't want surprises if I manage to get the date.

After you select the date range, then it will show the slots for full day from AM to PM, and the next screen will ask for your First name, Last name and date of birth for you and if any Dependents too.
