From what you say your mum is supporting you with accommodation but absolutely not supporting you financially. That is totally OK and should be made very clear in the papers submitted with the visa application.

Personally I see no need for you to supply a copy of the Income Support letter or evidence about her health. I am not sure what that adds to the visa application?

That would be valid reasoning if you were invoking a human rights argument in order to get the visa, but the ECO abroad is not considering such issues. An appeal tribunal might be asked to look at that aspect, but hopefully you will not get that far!
