Lost of initial Passport & ILR

Hi,

My ILR is due in 3 months time. I lost my initial passport(expired)
Which had my Tier 1 visa.. I have my current passport with immigration stamps of entry exit...
1) My question is can apply for Tier 1 visa to be add to my current passport & then apply for ILR... Or directly apply for Ilr with photocopies of Tier1 visa....
2) Do i have to get a police certificate about the lost of expired passport....

Please advise your help is much appreciated...

Definitely get a police certificate about the loss of your old passport.

Call the UKBA on helpline and see what they advise.
