p45 missing for 2006-2007

Post by anuj.bhateja » Sun Feb 26, 2012 4:55 pm

hello guys,
i must appreciate the inputs made on this forum. its my turn now to apply for ILR in march . i was under SEGS scheme in 2006 and had a permanent job and did some temporary work for two months during dec 2006 and jan 2007. along with the permanent job. i applied from within UK AND GOT MY HSMP APPROVAL in february and finally got my visa starting from 4/04/2007.
my age was below 28 at the time of approval but i was between 28 and 29 when the visa got stamped.

i have got all the documents except a p45 missing for the temporary job which i did for two months. although i have got my last 5 year p60s for the permanent job. now the questions.

1. how many points do i score for age. 20 or 10.
2. is there any alternative which i can produce for missing p45. ( i have got my salary slips, bank statements, letter from HMRC for the tax paid.)

has anyone come across the same or similar situation.

1. use age at the time of initial application.
2. you don't need to worry about missing P45 - salary slips and /or HMRC letter will suffice.
