Just now i was going through my documents for my Tier1 G extension application and found that I may be in trouble as my name in my Certificate is a bit different as compared to my Passport.
E.g - Certificate is named as 'Michael Gerard Thomas' and my Passport is named as 'Thomas Michaael Gerard'.
Am not concerned about the spelling mistake but my Surname position is completely different which I ignored in my Post Graduation Certificate.
I understand, this might have been ignored during my First Entry application as that was obvious for me to get a Visa, but wonder if that does'nt catch the caseworker eye this time.
How can I prove that its me who have completed the degree if the caseworkers reject on the basis of name mismatch.
Some expert advise as a last resort will be highly appreciated.

Passport is correct that means my Surname is mentioned last and my all correspondence in UK is on the basis of Passport Name. But Surprisingly the Visa Stamp in same Passport has mentioned Surname First.
Shall I cross my finger and wait for the decision to be made by Caseworker and whether he consider my Surname position in Qualification a serious case? Thanks

You don't need to send the degree certificate for extension. You'll simply get the same points that you got in your initial application.

I made a mess in my Initial Application. As my salary was sufficient to score entry, I ignored to provide MBA certificate and claimed 30 points for my Graduation. Although I submitted my MBA certificate along with Graduation but I guess as I claimed 30 points they would have ignored my PG certificate and would not have given 35 point of their own.
So to satisfy extension points I have to provide MBA certificate this time.
