Visa Sponsorship settlement in the UK

Hi My wife send all the documents to British High Commission in Islamabad for spouse visa Sponsorship settlement in the UK. I live in UK as myself.

I got a call from British High Commission in Islamabad, they have asked a couple question about my wife and me and my work I do. The conversation is finished than, I heard they called my work and send email. But I wanted to ask , how long will it take now for response for visa for my wife. Did anybody als had similar to my I applied for my visa.
