Hey guys we just submitted our evidence list together....looking to await approval for a spouse application....can anyone see if you think we missed anything imperative off the list?!! We felt we researched it well?!

I Sponsor Information

A. Sponsor’s Letter of Introduction

B. Copy of Passport Bio Page

C. 2 x colour passport-sized photos

D. Copy of Entry stamps to applicant's country with dates from Passport

E. Original of Birth Certificate (Copy x 1)

F. Photocopy of National Insurance Card

G. Financial Information
1. Bank statement with 12 months history and bank letter signed
2. Golden ISA savings with 6 months history
3. Premium Bonds Savings balance
4. HMRevenue & Customs Tax Calculation for 2009-11 financial years (Copy x 1)
5. PAYE Coding Notice for tax year 2010-2011, 2011-2012 (Copy x 1)
6. Payslips
6.1 Previous company's copy of payslips 3 months history

is that generally seen as a good or bad thing? we have also tried to explain the relevance of each point too in our covering letters?

Just to let you know that my wife's visa was approved in less than 2 weeks, all the organisation of documents must have paid off! :D

In which country did you apply? What is your time line, date of submission? Under process? And approved?
06/03/2012 - Submitted @ AHM (INDIA)
06/03/2012 - Sent to BHC
11/03/2012 - Under Process at BHC
13/06/2012 - VISA GRANTED!!!!!
2 Years on.....
02/09/2014 - Application SET (M) ILR sent (Postal)
09/09/2014 - Cheque presented to my bank
