Can overtime be summed up as gross earning

Post by mr.mzm » Fri Mar 02, 2012 10:29 pm

Hi,

I have been a permanent employee in a company for the time frame against which i want to claim my earnings. There were two occasions on which i had to do some overtime and it is mentioned on my payslips with net income of those months along with collective paye tax and nic.

Can those overtimes be summed up with my gross earnings for those months and for the whole timeframe (12 months) to claim points?

Thanks

Hi,

As long as the earnings are shown on your payslip and were taxable earnings and match up to your bank statement, then yes you can claim points for them.

Kind Regards
