BC for Spouse

Hi

I hold a Portuguese Passport and in Feb 2012 I been granted British Citizenship.

My wife entered the UK as EEA Famlity member in Oct 2008 and hold EEA Famliy Permit.

My question

a) can she apply for BC as spouse of me now (I obtained BC in Feb 2012) or she has to wait 3 year from the date I obtained my BC?

b) Can she apply for PR (as famlity member of EU Citiizen) or ILR (as a spouse of British Citiizen) after 5 years first then BC?

As she is under EEA route, best to continue on this route until PR (after 5 years) and immediately apply for BC (if she wish). As a spouse of BC she will not need to wait 12 months from PR.
