Hi all
I urgently need your help .I am a British male from Pakistani origin .i got married to a girl from Pakistan and have two kids with her .On 15th December 2011 i applied for the visa of my family but my application was refused due to not having enough income and they believed that i would ask for government benefits. On average i was earning 1100 pound a month .
Luckily ,before i applied for the visa of my family i got another part time job on 29th November where i am earning 800 pound extra on monthly basis until now .So all in all i am earning around1900 pound .But the time i applied i never had any proof of the second job that is why i could not mention in my sponsor letter .Now i am struggling to write a formal appeal to make them aware that i had a second job when i applied for the visa and was earning enough to support a wife ad two kids (TWINS) so that they could overturn the decision they have made .Now i am able to provide the proof of my second job with confirmation of employment letter and payslips
My case is very straight forward and solicitors are ripping me off by asking 800 to 1000 pound.
I am sure that there are so many helpful people in yahoo community out there who can do better job then these solicitors .
I do not have enough time as i have to submit the appeal in two weeks time .
Please help .
