spike_UK wrote:Hi all, has anyone applied for PR based on been in a durable relationship with a EEA national for 5 yrs but got married less than 5 years and also holding RC for less than 5 yrs but they are still married and living together and exercising treaty right(both of them) or at least EEA throughout 5 yrs and continuing.
Anyone had this experience.

Thanks mate but before I applied for PR and they repeat that as long as u been together 5 yrs and EEA exercising treaty right then is fine u dont have to be married or holding ur RC for 5 yrs.
Different HO staff said the same.
Your question has already been answered in your previous post.spike_UK wrote:My wife is willing to apply for British now(she is eligible) if when she get British allows me(make me eligible) for PR regardless marriage(don't have to wait for 11/2014).......guys can you advice me plz.
