Post by Need_light » Fri Mar 02, 2012 5:00 pm

hi
This is my first post. any mistake please forgive me.
I have allready applied for 10years long resideny as a student. my concern is,when i will recieve ILR my wife will apply for FLR(m) then immidiate after can she apply for SET(m) or ILR

1. My wife got visa 04/2004 as a general student dependent.
2. in 07/2009 her extension was granted as PBS tier 4 depedent until 10/2012.

Question
1) all together she is with me more then 7 years. is SET(M) citing para 287(a)(i)(d ) will be applicable for her ?

2) Can she apply for SET ( M) after getting my ILR instead of FLR (M)

3) I am not be able to provide tenancy agreement or any letter from my fried where i live. but i will be able ro provide all necessary documents for last 3 years in this address. please suggest me regarding this matter.

your advice will be appriciated.....

2. FLR(M) required first.

Don't know. Ask the UKBA for a written response.

Yes vinny i have got written response from HO. she can applY for ILR immediate after FLR (M) application . For your knowledge i can say tier 4 PBS dependent dont need to wait 2 years for ilr, but they have to apply for FLR (M) first then immidiate after can apply for ilr, if husband/ wife got ilr in long residency category.
