Hello,

I just want to know please this :

I am entitle to apply for BC on April 2012 , Would it be possible to apply on June 2012 ? or i have to apply on April 2012?

You can apply anytime after you fulfill the relevant requirments.
You can also not apply at all and stay a permanent resident if you wish so.
