Earliest to Book for PEO

Hi,

I got my HSMP on 9th August 2007 and later extended ( Tier 1 ) in June 2009 till 9th August 2012. When is the earliest I can book for PEO.

Please advise.

What date you entered UK ?

Thanks. As you entered with 90 days of getting EC, you can apply 28 days before 9th August 2012, which would be Thursday, 12 July 2012.

may be considered hijacking but thought i should post in the same thread.

I had initial HSMP as per stamp on 5 Nov 2007 and it was extended in 2009 till 5 Nov 2012.
Am I ok in thinking that I can apply for ILR around 10 October 2012.

Innocentdevil: you should be able to apply on or after Monday, 8 October 2012 (provided that you entered UK within 90 days of getting EC).
