Switching from Tier2 ICT to Tier1 General Dependent

Hi,

I was in UK on Tier2 ICT visa till couple of days back, living with my husband who has been in UK as well on Tier1 General (PBS) visa. I have returned to India now to apply for Tier1 General dependant visa.

I have the following questions:
1. In residence address, do I provide UK address or India address?
2. I am still employed with my employer but now in India and till last month I was employed in their subsidiary firm in uk and being paid in GBP. So what do I enter as my work address and salary details ? As I do not have any salary details for India currently.

Please help me answer these 2 questions as I am very confused on what I should do ?

My wife was in your scenario last month.

1. Indian residence address (as on your passport).
2. Work address and pay details of U.K.

Also attach a covering letter explaining your situation.

I have attached a covering letter explaining my situation and given India address and address of my current employer, but I have also submitted the payslips and tax returns from UK.
Now waiting for the response from them. keeping my fingers crossed.
