Hi just wondering if someone can help me please. I am legally residing and working in UK on PSW visa. My question is that can I sponsor my younger brother who is outside of UK for student visa? I have maintained bank statement of more than 10K GBP.

Only parents/legal guardian can become sponsor for a Tier 4 visa applicant.
