Hi,

I want to claim 5 points for UK experience. Will I have to show last 12 months salary slips.I only have last 10mnths as i started working 10 months before my visa expiry.

Please let me know about this

It is not about your salary slips when it comes to experience attribute. You need to have earnt certain amount depending on when you made your last application. (£25 K according present immigration rules)

Its 16 K(for 3+2 year rule) and 25 K(for 2+3 year rule).

If so then what if I get 4 years visa on base of HSMP judicial review then which amount will be applicable to me or my visa will be extended as per old hsmp as I fall in old hsmp judicial review before Nov. 2006 entry visa

if anyone know then please guide.
