English Language Exam (ESOL) for PR Dependant

Hi,

What exam does the dependant need to give for proving English Language knowledge? I could find that is' some ESOL exam, but what level exam does the dependant need to give?

You will find all the relevant information about English Language knowledge on Page 10 of the SET(O) form. (assuming you are applying for ILR in one of the work categories).

Also pages 7-9 of the guidance notes explain it in more detail.

there are many exams.......cheapest i think is KEY ,
Key English Test at level A1, requires lowest pass mark.

I have booked GESE Grade 2 exam as KEY.... as it was near and probably one of the cheapest in the list too.. :)
