FLR(M) - Am I Eligible?

Post by sofreita » Sat Mar 24, 2012 8:45 am

Hi forumers,

I've been reading this forum (this section and other sections too) and got confused. I wondered if I am eligible to apply for FLR(M)? I am on Tier 1 post study work visa, will expire end of the year. I just got married last week to my five years partner, he's a British. Therefore am I eligible to apply?

Also, when I have submitted my application and then I receive biometric letter, does that mean that my application has been successful and that my passport is waiting to be stamp?

Thank you very much :-)

yes you can apply using FLR(M), also biometrics is half way through the process, the applictaion is decided after the details are submitted, if it however gets to biometric stage that means the dcouments submitted are correct and the application is valid.
