hello i met my husband a year and a half ago he is from iraq kurdistan, he was claiming asylum here in britain for 3 years but returned volununtarily in january 2006, we kept in touch and i recently travelled to kurdistan to visit him, where we got married. We have a copy of the marriage certificate which we got from court in kurdistan, ive now returned home to britain.. i just really want him to come to britain to live with me. I know as he is an iraqi he needs to go to amman. So i was going to go back to kurdistan and travel with him to apply in person, i just really need some advice from someone in a similar situation?
will he be allowed to fly to aman, will they let him through the security at the airport, will the fact that he was claiming asylum here mean he wont get a spouse visa, also would it be easier just to apply for a visit visa?
I'm just really confused at the moment and very sad to be separated from him, he says its easy for me to make him a passport for here, i'm just finding out its not, i just feel really alone at the moment
