PSW Depent Visa Help .. URGENT !!

Hi,

My wife is currently on a Tier 1 PSW Dependent visa. She is working full time with a salary package of 21K GBP/annum.

My question is, can my wife's employer sponsor her for a Tier 2 work permit once her dependent visa expires ?

Hi Neil,

Yes the employer can sponser your wife but she needs to go back to the home country and than apply for the Tier 2 visa. Rules would apply of outside country applications as she is dependent on you. she wil have to satisfy the outside country application rules for the visa and she would come under the allocated 20700 visas.
