Switching to Tier 2 Help .. URGENT !!

Hi,

My wife is currently on a Tier 1 PSW Dependent visa. She is working full time with a salary package of 21K GBP/annum.

My question is, can my wife's employer sponsor her for a Tier 2 work permit once her dependent visa expires ? They are willing to sponsor her, but is she eligible as per the new rules ?

please read the tier 2 guidance rules on UKBA site. you have got every bit of information on there. Just to give you summary 21K GBP salary alone will not satisfy the PBS.

Your wife should have salary based on SOC code. Besides to this there are lots of other things to satisfy. Please go through the policy guidance
