No i have cliamed my points through masters degree only ...and i got visa for three years.....beacuse if they have considered rules after april 6 2010 i should get visa for 2 years...bond.boy203 wrote:Did you claim your point on education for bachelors/masters ? if you only have bachelors degree and claimed points for it then for sure they have considered rules after april 2010..( because this was the major change which came into effect after april 2010)
Though the rules were for after 6th April 2010, you had applied before that, and you do not have to prove anything for that.
