Signature Issue at the time of Biometric

Hi All,

I have applied for Tier 1 extension with 2 dependents and have submitted the Biometric at the Post Office. During Biometric submission my wife used a totally new signature that are completely different from the signature either in the passport or in current/previous applications with Home Office.

What potential implications can it have on the application? Will they be sending the request for Biometric again or will they be rejecting the application completely for her?

Waiting for the reponses from the experts....
