Tier-1 extension advice needed.

Post by nkanalyst » Fri Mar 30, 2012 9:16 am

Dear all,

I have been active on this board for a while now as trying to book an appointment for Tier-1 General extension for me and wife dependant. Today I found I can book an appointment for myself and wife separately. For example I was getting appointment for 11th May 2012 and then my thinking was booking an seperate appointment for my wife say 15th May etc. I am not sure about charges I mean fee in this case?

Do I need to pay extra fee as we both will be going different? or will it be the same?

Thanks in advance.

NK.

You would pay £150 extra as your partner will be applying separately and I think £250 extra if you apply on or after 6th April 2012.

Thanks for your reply.

I have booked it now as it's difficult to get anything..my wife is happy to go different day and I will be there with her if she need anything.

Do you think that' sensible option now? Honestly I don't want to stuck in post !! also paying 150£ extra is not big trouble isn't it?

Cheers.

So that we are not unclear, It does not matter "WHEN" you book it. What matters is the day you are attending. IF £150 is trouble or not is depending on how deep you can dig in your pockets :)
