Hi all,
One of mate' x' applied for same sex asylum here so he shows another mate 'y' as a same sex partner who is alrdy on tier1 but his extension for tier1 is due nxt year, so 'y' submitted his Documents like pssprt copy visa copy Also statement that dey are living together since 8yrs and dey r same sex partner
'x' mate application was refused And both went for appeal even 'y' mate gave his statement in court front of judge that dey r partner since 8yrs dey r living together blah blah blah.......but unfrtnly appeal was refused...
So my main question is dat
Is this case Does any effect on my 'y' mate extesnion? Yes or not if yes wht chances UKBA take action against on my 'y' mate extesnion
Plz help n advice.....

Even on my 'x' mate intrvw UKBA asked about history about my 'y' mate mean his status education history dey asked him about whole history of my 'y' mate
Even dey submitted dere togtr photograph
