Arrival of BRP following in person same day appointment

Post by lucky1234 » Mon Apr 02, 2012 9:05 am

Can you please share, how many days BRP take to arrive following same day appointments specially for ILR?

I will appreciate if you could also mention type of form or application.

Cheers

BRP card arrives within 7 working days. I got it in less than 3 working days.

The SET(O) form section 10 should have the biometric details, no seperate form for biometric process for same day service.

thanks for sharing your experience.

I am aware of the fact that it may take 7-10 working days but since i have urgent travel plans following PEO appointment so had an interest in it.

Cheers

I got my ILR approved on 27th March at Liverpool PEO, still waiting for mine.
Was on Tier 1. Fingers Crossed. :)

Can you confirm that tenancy agreement is a requirement for ILR from Tier1? i guess it is not but i will appreciate if you could confirm it?

SET O , SAME DAY ILR!

Post by Gssingh2385 » Sat Oct 06, 2012 10:10 pm

I have a similar situation.

Have same day in Glasgow for the 7th, but have a international night flight on the 15th. Gives me six working days to get my BRP! Even though my Tier 2 is till 2014 I have been told I won't be allowed back in without the ILR BRP. Can people let me know how long its taken them to get their BRPs after your same day. Guess I could just can a£1000 worth of flights! :(

Hi

You normally get it in 2 to 3 working days. They dispatched mine the second working day.

I woul suggest you to check with dx secure from the second day onwards. If you give your postcode and address they will let you know if you have any deliveries. In my case dx was the one who delayed it by a day.

All the best

Rgds
