Leave Without Pay - During the Five Year Period

Post by Monty1968 » Mon Apr 02, 2012 9:32 pm

I am very keen to apply for Idefinite Leave to Remain as I have been employed permanently in the UK since January 2007, initially on a Work Permit and currently on a Tier 2 General.
I did spend 85 days in my country of origin, Australia, on leave without pay in late 2010, early 2011.
I was continually employed by the company over this period and returned to work as planned, where I have been for over 12 months since taking leave without pay and continue to be employed.
I have all documentation etc., but am keen to find out if anyone has applied being in a similar situation?
Or if anyone has knowledge of how this leave without pay may be considered?
