I'm on Tier 2 General visa - want to apply for dependants

Post by amar1913 » Thu Mar 29, 2012 12:09 pm

Hi All,

I am on Tier 2 general visa and I'm currently in UK, I want to apply for dependant visa for my wife and daughter in India

How much funds do I need to maintain in bank and for how many days?

What are the documents they need to produce in India while applying for dependant visa?

What are the original documents I need to send for them?

Please provide your suggestions and certainly required your help

Thanks in advance
Amar

check your PM please
After taking Advice; remember Everyone's application, and thus supporting documents, will be different depending on personal circumstances.

Yes, but you have been given a link to read so, assuming you have read that information, on which particular aspect of that are you seeking clarification? The application form gives a list of suggestions for documentation but, as everyone is different, you have chose what matches your circumstances.

Yes, if it is in the same profession and at the same professional level as the work for which your certificate of sponsorship was assigned; and
you do this work for no more than 20 hours per week; and outside your normal working hours for your main job.

Otherwise, in any other situation, you will have to apply for sponsorship.
