IF TIER 1 VISA GOLDER WORK OUT SIDE UK DURING HSMP-TIER 1 VISA (INITIAL + MIDDLE PERIOD OF VISA NOT OF LAST 12 MOTNHS BUT BEOFRE 12 MOTNHS TIMING) AS CONSULTAING WORK OR BUSINESS MARKETING

THEN IS IT ACCEPTABLE OR NOT IN CASE OF PROOF OF STAY OUTSIDE UK FOR UK COMPANY.

WHICH TYPE OF DOCUMENT NEED AS PROOF.

It's acceptable. The guidance will tell you what evidence you need to provide. Extended periods outside the UK will break your residence period that leads to ILR, if that is important to you. Otherwise you can break your residence but continue to extend your Tier 1 for as long as the scheme remains open and you have garnered sufficient earnings points.
