Dependant Maintenance Fund after 14th June 2012

Dear All,

It has been stated that the maintenance fund requirement for the dependants of tier 1 applicants who have been in the UK for less than 12 months will be £1,800.

My query is are they referring to dependant's who have been in UK for less than 12months or the tier 1 applicant - Please clarify

This maintenance fund rise is for all Tier 1 main and dependant applicants. You'd have understood it if you read the post in full, before posting the link.

Hey sam i read through the post an i was of the similar opinion that its for dependant but thought of having a second opinion on it. Thnxs for your response.
