In point 100 of the new guidance it is mentioned if the money is held in uk then "The account must be in your own name only (or both names for an entrepreneurial team) only. Accounts in the name of a business or third party will not be accepted"

What does this mean?

Well, what I understand from this point is that if I am in UK I can't get sponsorship on the basis of money already in UK. According to this point, if money is in UK it should be on applicant name. Is it right?
