Previous Tier 1 General Approval Letter

Post by Sahib » Sun Apr 08, 2012 4:39 pm

Hi,

I am planning for Tier 1 (G) extension and just noticed my previous Tier 1 G approval letter says page 1 of 3 and page 2 of 3 at the bottom of each page but page 3 of 3 is missing.

I only noticed it now and remember i only got 2 pages at the initial approval.

Is this something to worry about ?

Does anyone else's letter in same format?

Thank you

Hi Manka, thanks for your reply

Mine are printed only on one side of the page, back pages are blank.

Scores of points awarded starts from bottom of page 1 and continues till middle of page 2. At the end of page 2, it says ' Yours sincerely' and then name and signature of caseworker.

It also states;

Encs: 1 Passport under the name & signature of CW and that is it.

Thanks Manka.

There isn't anything missing on the letter and I hope it will be ok.

Hi,

Just to add to what Manka has already said, seeing as it was your previous approval letter, I fail to see how it affects you now.

You have nothing to worry about as long as you meet the required points for your extension, so just take it easy.

Kind Regards

We dont need the previous approval letter at all. when i had submitted the second time the case worker denied to accept that letter as required document and returned it back saying we dont need it.

Sudeep is right. For extensions you need to prove that you earn sufficient points again and hence the original approval letter has no significance.

You need not to submit the T1 approval letter at the time of extension application and neither do you need any mandatory information from the letter. Take it easy
